Farrier tools. Cecil Swan designed his range of farrier tools and equipment to complement the SWAN PORTAFORGE and to enhance efficiency in the workplace.

Welding supplies. Cecil's specially formulated welding compounds, in use worldwide, enable all types of horse shoes to be made in the field. They are also used extensively in shoeing competitions.

Hoof dressing. Anti-Bac Hoof Dressing bac, another Cecil Swan formulation, is proven to be very effective in maintaining healthy feet - to the satisfaction of farriers and horse owners alike.

As a working farrier, Cecil Swan uses his products daily, as well as maintaining strict quality control and keeping abreast of new technology.

The hoof stand is particularly useful with horses that lean on the farrier, or are hammer shy, or have bad backs and cannot lift their feet to the conventional shoeing position.

SWAN MAGI-WELD

Flux for coke and gas forge welding. Specially formulated by Cecil Swan, it is less likely to drip during welding thus avoiding damage to the forge lining. Supplied in a handy airtight dispenser with full instructions. Contents 400ml approx.

SWAN ALI-WELD

Flux and filler rods for brazing aluminium in a coke/gas forge, or by using an oxyacetylene torch. Easy to use. Full technical instructions supplied. Contents 75g approx.

SWAN-EZE

Applied to warm tools, this graphite-based lubricant reduces the number of hammer blows in punching or cutting hot steel, and also reduces friction for easier splitting or punching. Tools benefit from an enhanced and extended useful life. Contents 250ml approx.

ANTI-BAC HOOF DRESSING

Specially formulated by Cecil Swan, this anti-bacterial and anti-fungal preparation harnesses the unique properties of eucalyptus oil.

Regarded by many as being 'indispensable' and capable of proving 'dramatic' results, it is now widely used by vets and horse owners as well as farriers. Contents 125ml approx.
